📋 Description

• Review new funding opportunities. Assess applications, financial statements, sales trends, bank
• Underwrite restaurant businesses. Evaluate operating performance, cash flow, liquidity, ownership
• Determine appropriate funding terms. Recommend funding amounts, structures, conditions, and risk
• Make funding decisions. Approve or decline requests within your delegated authority and present
• Document your judgment. Prepare concise underwriting summaries that explain the opportunity, key

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, small business financing, fintech lending
• Strong financial statement analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to evaluate cash
• Experience independently evaluating transactions, assessing financial and operational risks, and
• Experience building, implementing, or improving underwriting processes, with a focus on automation
• Ability to translate underwriting policies, financial thresholds, risk indicators, and approval
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with the ability to work with financial datasets

🎁 Benefits

• $120,000 - 155,000 base salary + Benefits
