• Relationships & Presence: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with

• Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès, and paritariste institutions
• Partnership with Enterprise & Public Sector teams: brief teams on social partner context
• Sector Engagement & Anticipation: Follow branch-level dialogue and ecosystem trends
• Represent Alan in federations and working groups

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in social partner relations (union, federation, paritariste
• Credibility at federation level; ability to engage federation leadership as a peer
• Deep knowledge of paritariste ecosystem (branch agreements, confederal mandates, reforms)
• Proven ability to build trust with social partners from employer/state side
• Outstanding stakeholder management (calm, trustworthy, discreet)
• Ability to translate product/strategy into compelling narratives
