🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, field marketing, tech sales, account
• Language Skills: Full fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Mindset: Strong ownership, focus, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving ("Care
• Execution Focus: Demonstrated track record of delivering results, managing multiple priorities, and
