Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs, providing one-on-one clinical training during home visits and
Monitor and manage progression of orientation, identify and address areas of opportunity
Provide 1:1 mentoring, support, and meaningful feedback — in person or via ZOOM — to new and
Assist in developing and mentoring new preceptors, with ongoing assessment of preceptor
Collaborate with the RN Clinical Manager and Clinical Educator to ensure ongoing staff competencies
Assist the Director of Clinical Education (DCE) with education classes as requested

🎯 Requirements

Active RN license in Vermont
Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience required
A genuine passion for clinical education, coaching, and mentorship
Strong clinical judgment and the confidence to lead by example
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

🎁 Benefits

$10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus
Base Pay: $65.00-70.00 per point, based on qualifications
