📋 Description

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing specialty sales team to grow procedure adoption and
• Develop and execute a robust specialty sales strategy for Urology and Gynecology to exceed
• Collaborate with overlapping Clinical Sales Managers (CSMs) to align on shared market strategies
• Cultivate a training pipeline of new urology and gynecology surgeons to expand the URO and GYN user
• Exhibit proficiency in multiple technology platforms including Multiport, Single Port, and digital
• Analyze specialty and territory performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in da Vinci® Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Room Environment required
• Knowledge of the capital equipment sales process
• Previous record of managing and directing a sales team in the medical device industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
