US Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end US payroll operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payroll processing with ADP, Oracle, and related systems.
• Partner with external payroll providers (e.g., Accenture).
• Lead, coach, and develop payroll team.
• Monitor payroll controls, audits, and reporting for compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Benefits, and IT on payroll initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including US payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of ADP payroll platforms.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Payroll, or related Oracle apps.
• Experience with Accenture or similar payroll outsourcing providers.
• Hybrid work availability in Monterrey, MX or Atlanta, GA.
