US- Software Implementations Consultant II (EHR For Practice Groups)

📋 Description

• Core member of Professional Services; liaison for Practice Groups EHR delivery team
• Lead implementation and training of best practices to optimize workflows in LTPAC environments
• Document requirements and translate into effective system configurations; ensure data quality
• Deliver high-quality training; support change management and coach customer champions
• Travel up to 30% to Toronto or Salt Lake City as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business or technology (preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
• Experience configuring or implementing a software solution; database testing and end-user support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail
• Consulting experience within a software organization; multiple project experience
• 2-4+ years in a software implementation role
