User Acquisition Lead

📋 Description

• Own and scale user acquisition channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Quora
• Implement growth hacking strategies to drive rapid user growth beyond traditional promotion
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI) and funnel data to adjust
• Conduct competitor analysis on advertising channels, creatives, and user acquisition approaches
• Collaborate with creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, provide briefs, and
• Work with product and engineering teams to optimize conversion funnels and user flows

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing
• Hands-on experience developing and executing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
• Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV and their link to
• Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills; ability to analyze large datasets and
• 2+ years in a managerial role (preferred)
• Experience with TikTok Ads (preferred)
