User Acquisition Lead

📋 Description

• Own the user acquisition strategy across paid social, paid search, influencer, referral, and
• Manage and develop a team of channel managers, running weekly reviews, setting clear goals, and
• Build and maintain a testing roadmap across creative, audience, landing page, and offer variables
• Partner with the data team to define acquisition metrics, build reporting infrastructure, and make
• Work with brand and creative to produce ad content that explains Polymarket clearly and converts
• Identify and develop non-traditional acquisition channels suited to Polymarket's regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, with at least 2 years
• Demonstrated track record of scaling paid acquisition programs with measurable CAC and LTV
• Deep hands-on experience with at least two of the following categories: Paid social, paid search
• Strong analytical skills, including comfort with SQL or working closely with analysts to pull and
• Experience marketing a financial product, consumer app, or other category where trust and
• Clear, direct communication style. You can write a tight brief, run a productive review meeting
