Support creative testing from concept to completion; run A/B tests.
Monitor creative performance to assess UA impact.
Translate performance data into actionable optimizations.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years managing paid campaigns in UA/growth.
B2C app acquisition experience.
Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and Snapchat ads.
Strong analytical mindset; translate data into optimizations.
Fluent in English; written and spoken.
