📋 Description

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant advertising
• Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts while maintaining a strong focus on
• Monitor key acquisition and business metrics, including CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback period, retention
• Analyze campaign performance and quickly diagnose changes caused by creative fatigue, audience
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across audiences, creatives, bidding approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional paid media or user acquisition experience, preferably within an agency
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta advertising is essential.
• Experience working across TikTok and Google Ads is highly valuable.
• Proven experience managing accounts with annual media budgets in the seven-figure range.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance trends
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention
