📋 Description

• Work with Platform's leaders and teams to understand what they most need to know about the people
• Design and run the research yourself using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Study the full range of people the platform serves: developers, teams and companies building
• Communicate findings to product managers, designers, and engineers, and follow them through to
• Build tools and infrastructure to let research keep pace with the platform, using Claude heavily

🎯 Requirements

• Industry UX research experience independently scoping, designing, running, and reporting end-to-end
• Mixed-methods expertise: interviewing technical users well, and designing and analyzing surveys
• A technical background: worked as a software engineer; body of developer-experience research on
• Hands-on use of AI in your own research: already run work through it and use it to build your own
