Utility Consumption Specialist

📋 Description

• Gather and analyze historical customer utility data to identify patterns and trends that can be
• Develop a billing model that accurately estimates future customer spend based on historical data
• Implement the billing model and conduct thorough testing to ensure its accuracy and reliability
• Assist with and/or make necessary adjustments to billing models on an as needed basis to adjust for
• Work closely with the development and finance teams to continually improve upon the billing model
• Maintain detailed documentation outlining the methodology surrounding the billing model

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or related industry experience
• Prior experience in utility billing preferred
• Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others are a must
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to be flexible as we grow and change
