UX Content Designer Intern (UX copywriter)

📋 Description

• Craft UX content for various parts of our Customer Journey user experience.
• Collaborate with our existing content designers and writers to proofread and edit all sorts of copy
• Keep the needs of an international audience in mind, working with stakeholders and our Localization
• Participate in research to understand our users’ challenges firsthand, and keep these learnings
• Dig into quantitative and qualitative data to discover opportunities to improve website/app copy

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people from diverse competencies — from
• Have academic or bootcamp training in UX writing/content design, or professional experience in
• Accept feedback gracefully and don’t take yourself too seriously.
• Have experience working with an in-house glossary and style guide.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail.
• Can understand and adapt your writing to a brand's tone of voice quickly.
