UX Design Consultant

📋 Description

• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, usability testing) and
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, journey mapping sessions and stakeholder alignment activities
• Translate research into sitemaps, user flows, service blueprints, journey maps, wireframes and
• Design and iterate on interaction patterns and visual solutions using tools such as Figma, FigJam
• Partner with product managers, engineers and content strategists to define product functionality
• Apply and advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design practices throughout

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience applying UX design best practices, with deep expertise in mobile-first
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant product management certifications preferred
• Consulting and/or Digital Product Agency experience required with a proven ability to manage client
• Proven experience leading digital product concepting, from problem framing through high-fidelity
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, design thinking and human-centered research methods
• Hands-on proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Adobe XD) and
