• Coursework, projects, or internship experience that demonstrate an understanding of UX principles
• A strong interest and passion in user experience and visual design; you are a design geek!
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, and AI tools like Claude, and comfortable iterating based
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-moving, fan-focused environment
• Curiosity about users and passionate about improving their experience through design
