UX Designer

📋 Description

• Own the design process from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, and
• Design and optimize experiences for ecommerce customers and internal users across CMS, MarTech, and
• Plan and run user research, including interviews and usability testing
• Contribute components, patterns, and tokens that scale cleanly between design and development
• Partner with stakeholders to validate designs through structured UAT
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in UX/UI design with portfolio
• Ecommerce experience required
• Experience building or contributing to a design system in production
• Hands-on experience designing within CMS platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools
