📋 Description

• Define cross-functional UX vision across business processes, banking products, and interconnected
• Conduct advanced user research workshops (interviews, user testing, competitive analysis)
• Design complex user journeys and prototypes using Figma, considering legacy and interconnected
• Arbitrate design decisions between squads to ensure consistent experience for cross-functional
• Mentor junior designers and challenge existing practices
• Structure and evolve the design system at organizational scale

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience as UX Designer with advanced education (BAC+5)
• Experience in complex banking, insurance, or financial environments
• Expert proficiency with Figma and advanced user research methodologies
• Experience establishing design systems at large scale
• Strong understanding of banking business processes and financial product constraints
• Ability to design complex and highly interconnected systems
