🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX or product design experience as a strong, opinionated design leader who drives
• Proven track record setting and executing design strategy at the organizational level, including
• B2B SaaS background, not primarily consumer.
• Real, hands-on fluency in AI-augmented design workflows, backed by specifics (tools, process
• Demonstrated personal drive to stay current on AI-enabled design (e.g., training, cohorts, peer
• Clear point of view on resolving design/PM overlap in an AI-builder workflow, rooted in shared
