10+ years of UX or product design experience as a strong, opinionated design leader who drives
Proven track record setting and executing design strategy at the organizational level, including
B2B SaaS background, not primarily consumer
Hands-on fluency in AI-augmented design workflows, with specifics (tools, process, what you built)
Demonstrated personal drive to stay current on AI-enabled design, through training, cohorts, or
Clear point of view on resolving design/PM overlap in an AI-builder workflow, rooted in shared
