• Define and execute the multi-quarter design vision across the platform and AI-powered product
• Rebuild the design operating model by moving from a centralized workflow to decentralized pods

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX or product design experience, including significant leadership responsibility and a
• Proven experience defining and executing design strategy at the organizational level, including
• Strong B2B SaaS experience, with an understanding of enterprise buying cycles and the research
• Hands-on experience with AI-augmented design workflows, including specific examples of tools
• A demonstrated commitment to staying current with AI-enabled design through training, professional
• A clear perspective on managing the overlap between Product Management and Design within AI-enabled
