UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize the questions that matter most, matching each
• Lead discovery and evaluation across the product lifecycle: uncover unmet needs, test early
• Partner with Data Science to connect user understanding with funnel and cohort analysis
• Translate research into clear insights and recommendations that inform cross-functional strategy
• Bring Product, Design, and Engineering into the research process, and coach partners to run
• Make research easy to engage with through clear paths for researcher-led work, coached

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading product research end to end, with a portfolio showing your ownership
• Strong qualitative research craft and judgment about which methods fit which questions, including
• Sound analytical judgment, including the ability to partner with Data Science, interpret behavioral
• Experience building or improving a research practice in an environment where you needed to
• Clear, direct, and kind communication, strong synthesis, and demonstrated ability to translate
• Proactive ownership and sound judgment: make deliberate tradeoffs, deliver with urgency and
