📋 Description

• Act as an active UX Research evangelist and change agent: proactively identify opportunities, coach
• Own and grow the UX Research practice: build a pragmatic research process for Design team, enable
• Lead high-impact research from the quarterly plan and run it end-to-end: intake brief → write
• Choose the right method: interviews, usability tests, concept tests, surveys, desk research
• Run your work independently: access to tools/data, participant scheduling and confirmations
• Work closely with Product Analytics to connect quantitative and qualitative evidence. We work

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience running research end-to-end with high ownership
• Experience working across both B2C and B2B products and audiences
• Fluent English — all participants are English-speaking; you moderate and present in English
• Regularly collect input from Sales, CS, Support, Marketing, Analytics and turn it into testable
• High research quality bar: correct research methods, structured methodology, predictable timelines
• Use recruiting platforms and handle logistics yourself: access, scheduling, confirmations, tool
