UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Act as an active UX Research evangelist and change agent: proactively identify opportunities, coach
• Own and grow the UX Research practice: build pragmatic research process, enable designers to run
• Lead high-impact research from quarterly plan and run it end-to-end (intake → methodology → conduct
• Choose the right research method (interviews, usability tests, concept tests, surveys, desk
• Run work independently: access to tools/data, participant scheduling, session logistics
• Work closely with Product Analytics to connect quantitative and qualitative evidence

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience running research end-to-end with high ownership
• Experience working across both B2C and B2B products and audiences
• Fluent English (moderate and present in English)
• Regularly collect input from Sales, CS, Support, Marketing, Analytics and turn into research
• High research quality bar: correct methods, structured methodology, predictable timelines, ethical
• Use recruiting platforms and handle logistics independently
