UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research across the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, concept testing, prototype testing, surveys, diary
• Test early-stage ideas and concepts before significant product or engineering investment.
• Work directly with Design to test prototypes and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
• Identify the right research methodology for the question
• Synthesize complex research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in User Research, UX Research, or Product Research
• Experience in a fast-paced technology company or startup
• Experience conducting research across the full product development lifecycle
• Strong qualitative research skills: user interviews, usability testing, concept testing
• Strong quantitative research skills: surveys, data analysis, scalable methods
• Product design fluency and hands-on experience with Figma
