📋 Description

• Act as a consultative partner to the client, influencing product and experience decisions at both
• Operate confidently within a large, multi-stakeholder client environment, aligning conflicting
• Lead interviews, workshops, and discovery activities to uncover user needs, behaviors, and business
• Map current-state customer journeys and design future-state journeys, identifying pain points and
• Translate research findings into concrete business opportunities aligned with the client's
• Develop polished, high-fidelity UI prototypes ready for executive-level validation and usability

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX/UI design, leading discovery on complex, high-stakes engagements.
• Proven ability to operate as a consultant or trusted advisor in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong experience conducting qualitative research with users and stakeholders.
• Expertise in mapping customer journeys for large-scale, multi-touchpoint ecosystems.
• Ability to identify and articulate business opportunities from research insights.
• Advanced prototyping skills using tools like Figma, tailored for executive audiences.
