V.I.E Aerospace certification Engineer (all gender)

📋 Description

• Responsible for the certification of airborne software and electronic hardware used in civil
• Perform technical analysis of software/hardware development and verification plans
• Prepare the necessary approval documentation (compliance evidence, certification plans
• Contribute to the definition of the certification strategy in line with DO-178C / DO-254 processes
• Collaborate with system managers, software/hardware engineers, technical experts, and project
• Follow up, review compliance data, and ensure that certification activities are completed on time

🎯 Requirements

• Fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged 18 to 28)
• Completed aerospace engineering, computer engineering, or comparable degree
• Experience in certification engineering, compliance, or avionics development in the aerospace
• Familiarity with DO-178C (software) and DO-254 (hardware) standards and their role in aviation
• Open and communicative personality
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
