V.I.E Mechatronics AIT Technician (all gender)

📋 Description

• Pre-assembly and integration of mechanical components such as brackets, spacers, and fastening
• Install and route electrical components within complex system architectures
• Integrate test and measurement equipment, including sensors, thermistors, heaters, and
• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly work in accordance with space industry standards
• Support verification, testing, and quality assurance activities

🎯 Requirements

• Fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
• Successfully completed training in Electrical Engineering (e.g., technician) or a comparable
• Hands-on experience with cabling and connection technologies such as crimping, clamping, and
• Familiar with electrical integration, including connectors, grounding systems, and wiring
• Experience using mechanical assembly tools like torque tools and fastening systems
• Experienced in handling measurement and test equipment, including sensor systems and temperature
