Value & Access Senior Manager, Obesity and Related Conditions

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance payer-focused analyses, integrating findings into weekly new-to-brand and total
• Evaluate external data and partner capabilities to generate actionable insights into pricing
• Build obesity-specific capabilities within contracting and deal-modeling platforms, incorporating
• Design employer segmentation and targeting analyses by triangulating multiple primary and secondary
• Develop employer-specific modeling capabilities to support direct employer contracting strategies
• Develop dynamic patient access and copay support analytics, including analysis of the interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with at least 4
• At least 5 years of healthcare experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare and payer environment, including PBM account
• Experience working with pharmacy benefit data and pharmaceutical market analytics.
• Familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims, prescription, outlet, and payer coverage datasets and
• Experience in pricing and contracting, direct payer engagement, value marketing, or market access
