📋 Description

• Build the startup and VC program from scratch, defining who it's for, what's in the offer, how
• Build a tiering rubric for VC firms, accelerators, and founder communities, and go deep with a
• Own firm relationships end to end, becoming the person VCs call for AI implementation and setup
• Co-host founder events such as dinners, office hours, and portfolio workshops with partner firms.
• Build referral loops to turn activated founders and partner firms into a repeatable source of new
• Measure sourced pipeline, tracking every startup from partner to referral to activation to revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in startup programs, ecosystem partnerships, business development
• Has built a startup, partner, or ecosystem program from scratch, including offer, first partners
• Has existing working relationships with VC firms, VC platform teams, or accelerators.
• Builder mindset: ability to go from a blank page to signed partners to measurable results quickly.
• A network of real relationships with VC firms, platform teams, or accelerators, and ability to be
• Commercial instincts: ability to structure partner agreements, negotiate offers, and defend them
