📋 Description

• Take responsibility for Health & Safety performance and legal compliance within the
• Translate the corporate H&S strategy into concrete actions that work on the work floor
• Monitor safety procedures and guidelines, but especially how they are applied in practice
• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections and initiate immediate improvements
• Investigate incidents and near misses, draw clear conclusions and ensure improvements are
• Set safety objectives and action plans and actively manage results

🎯 Requirements

• Several years experience in Health & Safety, preferably in operational environment such as
• Knowledge of Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbowetgeving) and experience with safety management
• Decisive, independent and strong communication skills
• Dare to address people, ask critical questions and take the lead when needed
• Practical and result-oriented
• Good command of Dutch and English
