📋 Description

• Lead horizontal programs that scale safety vendor operations by identifying friction and designing
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to translate operational goals into workflows, SLAs
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, including agentic and LLM-based solutions
• Build and maintain reporting that turns large datasets into clear signals, trend analyses, and
• Draft communications and updates for senior leadership
• Serve as a connective layer across vendor operations, tooling, and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of program/project management experience in operations, vendor management, or trust &amp
• Programmatic, systems-level mindset
• Hands-on automation experience and familiarity with LLMs and basic machine learning
• Vendor relationship management experience (SLAs, performance reviews, escalations)
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data fluency
• Clear communication with senior leadership
