Vendor Platform Administrator

📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the global third-party vendor management platform and guide
• Meet with stakeholders across functional areas to understand business requirements and translate
• Develop and deliver training, documentation, and guidance to users, including presentations for
• Administer and maintain the OneTrust TPRM environment, including workflows, questionnaires, vendor
• Support system enhancements and troubleshoot platform-related issues in collaboration with internal
• Maintain and monitor the integration between Dun & Bradstreet and the vendor management

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing or administering third-party software, with experience in
• Strong expertise in learning, administering, and maintaining complex software systems.
• Experienced in translating business requirements into technical software updates and practical
• Ability to obtain OneTrust system certification within 45 days of starting the role through
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and comfortable delivering training and
• Strong analytical mindset and can troubleshoot software issues, investigate platform functionality
