Establish the strategic operating plan for Convene to achieve financial and quality goals
Oversee and coordinate setup and execution of all functions with Service, Event Operations
Ensure all aspects of building management including health and safety, maintenance, and continuous
Work with sales team to implement strategy for developing existing and new businesses
Negotiate, sell, and develop strong client relationships
Represent venue at local and corporate networking functions

🎯 Requirements

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop other team members
Experience leading an operations team
Previous pre-opening operations experience advantageous
Ability to work effectively with clients
Willingness to roll up sleeves and work alongside team
Commitment to high level of service delivery
