• Act like an owner of the home services line of business, carrying accountability for its
• Bring an informed point of view in cross-functional and leadership conversations, grounded in
• Advocate for market needs by building cases and championing initiatives to win in home services
• Go deep into the industry, staying curious and continuously testing and refining strategies
• Own go-to-market strategy for home services, prioritizing subverticals, positioning, and messaging
• Live in business metrics (customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, conversion, product adoption), spot

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, with direct experience in home
• Track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for results
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presence to represent point of view to senior
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without formal authority
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment, prioritizing, making tradeoffs, and shifting
