📋 Description

• Maintain a caseload mixed with complex Behavioral Health cases.
• Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team assigned to the client and participate in case
• Completion of Initial Assessments for clients, as well as assessing for appropriate level of care.
• Conduct workshops, trainings, and provide other educational resources as the clinical expert.
• Obtain and review records relevant to the current treatment episode, and contact to relevant

🎯 Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted license in Colorado as a LCSW or LPC
• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Social Work or a similar field
• Demonstrated knowledge working with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working with or serving veteran populations is preferred
