• Define & Scale the Next-Gen Operating Model: Partner with the COO to operationalize Amplify's
• Portfolio & ROI Acceleration: Consolidate isolated, function-level experimentation and
• Capability Integration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and functional leaders to track
• Process Re-engineering: Support the introduction of the Global Process Ownership framework
• Cross-Functional Friction Neutralizer: Serve as the objective leader who convenes executive

• Transformation Leadership: Significant experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Management
• Modern Process Redesign: Demonstrated expertise in process re-engineering - specifically applying
• Track Record of Execution: Proven history of owning and driving complex, cross-functional
• Builder Mindset: Comfortable operating without a playbook, creating structure out of ambiguity, and
• Executive Presence & Synthesis: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the
• Location & Travel: Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-person presence
