Vice President, Data Center Sourcing and Costs

📋 Description

• Sourcing Network Services, evaluating commercial terms, and negotiating resulting agreements.
• Driving Substation Category prequalification, request-for-information/quotation/proposal
• Developing scopes of work/services for network and DC Services in collaboration with design
• Preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts with vendors.
• Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and industry standards, managing
• Driving process improvements within his/her organization to align with broader supply chain systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, finance, construction
• 10+ years in dynamic sourcing leadership, preferably with global or multi-regional oversight.
• 7+ years of data center experience or mission critical, fast-paced/large-scale infrastructure or
• 10+ years of commercial/transactional contracts management experience including awarding, drafting
• Expertise in sourcing through contracting, cost management and optimization, supplier management
• Strong financial analysis and analytical capabilities.
