• Contribute to annual budgets, strategic objectives, and long-term growth plans for the data center

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
• 5+ years of experience in the data center industry.
• 3+ years of experience working in hyperscale data centers exceeding 30 MW.
• 8+ years of demonstrated functional knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, specifications
• Strong ability to understand and interpret contract documentation, plans, drawings, specifications
