• Define and lead Forge’s enterprise-wide data strategy.
• Transform proprietary data into revenue-generating products.
• Partner with Product and Eng to launch data-driven products.
• Drive data asset commercialization and adoption by clients.
• Lead analytics to inform market trends, pricing, and investor behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data strategy, data products, or analytics.
• FinTech/private markets, capital markets experience.
• Proven track record building monetizable data products or platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and exec communication.
• Build and lead high-performing data/analytics teams.
• Collaborate across Product, Eng, Sales, and Go-to-Market.
