Vice President, Debt Originations, CRE Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Build and cultivate relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to develop
• Own the full transaction lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment and capital strategy
• Structure capital stacks and lead debt and equity placement processes across bridge, permanent
• Prepare and coordinate offering materials, manage lender processes, evaluate proposals, negotiate
• Advise clients on current commercial real estate capital market conditions, lender appetite
• Maintain a strong understanding of institutional and alternative capital sources, including banks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets, with a focus on debt
• Deep knowledge of the commercial real estate capital stack, including deal structuring
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage the complete advisory cycle, from origination and
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills, with the ability to establish trusted
• Ability to translate complex and rapidly changing capital market conditions into clear, actionable
