📋 Description

• Define and own the overall strategy, revenue targets, and multi-year growth plan for the employee
• Set the strategic direction for our animal shelter channel, strengthening current shelter
• Build and scale a corporate donor lead generation strategy, working with shelter partners to turn
• Define and scale a direct-to-corporate sales strategy, engaging employers directly to generate new
• Build executive-level relationships with HR, benefits, and C-suite leaders at target enterprise
• Set channel rules and coverage models so that direct, broker, and shelter-sourced opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of voluntary benefits, employee benefits, or ancillary insurance sales and business
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Established executive-level relationships with leading national benefit brokerages, consultants
• Experience building and leading a direct-to-employer sales motion alongside broker distribution
• Experience building nonprofit, animal welfare, or donor-based partnership channels is a plus
• Deep expertise in the employee benefits landscape, VB enrollment, HR benefits decision cycles, and
