Vice President, Engineering

📋 Description

• Set the technical vision, architecture direction, and org structure for EIQ engineering
• Partner tightly with Product to execute on the EIQ product roadmap
• Hire, develop, and retain engineering talent, from ICs to managers
• Build and maintain a reliable, high-quality continuous delivery infrastructure and culture
• Drive the medium- and long-term strategic roadmap for your org
• Represent engineering in cross-functional and executive conversations with CCC leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years leading technical teams, with VP level or equivalent
• Experience managing sizable engineering organizations (~100+ people)
• Cross-functional depth: Hands-on experience spanning SWE, ML/AI, and data
• Hiring and talent development: track record of recruiting senior ICs and engineering managers
• Architecture fluency: strong system design instincts
• Modern AI tooling: fluency with LLMs and agentic development patterns
