📋 Description

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Engagement Solutions
• Manage month-end reporting and actionable insights
• Partner with executives to drive growth and profitability
• Guide resource allocation and staffing decisions
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packages
• Lead finance transformation across PAQ and PMG

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years of professional finance experience with FP&A leadership
• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Advanced degree or CPA is a plus
• Experience in life sciences or professional services is a plus
• ERP systems with Infor and Power BI experience
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into decisions
• Travel approximately 10%
