📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Canada fleet strategy aligned with the company's growth
• Lead the company's remarketing strategy to maximize asset value, accelerate inventory turnover, and
• Manage the end-to-end fleet lifecycle, including vehicle procurement, demand and capacity planning
• Liaise with senior leaders, OEM partners, auction providers, transportation vendors, dealerships

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in fleet management, vehicle procurement
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Automotive Management, Operations, or a
• Hold, or can promptly obtain, the applicable provincial sales and/or dealer licenses required to
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities and proficient in computer navigation, including
• Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
