📋 Description

• Lead the overall financial planning and analysis function, overseeing long-range financial
• Establish effective financial operating rhythms, accountability frameworks, and decision-making
• Develop and maintain an integrated financial model incorporating three-statement modeling, key
• Own bottom-up revenue forecasting in partnership with Go-To-Market, Customer Success, Revenue
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, board presentations, and executive
• Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including at least 3–5
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, particularly integrated three-statement models, with a
• Demonstrated experience forecasting recurring revenue businesses, including bookings, ARR, revenue
• Proven ability to present financial strategies, forecasts, performance analyses, and
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with hands-on experience implementing or managing
• Experience working with NetSuite or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is preferred.
