Vice President, Global Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee corporate accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable
• Lead consolidated financial reporting ensuring timely and accurate financial results in accordance
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, governance, and processes and lead the evaluation and
• Deliver meaningful financial information and insights to support executive decision-making
• Support the design and implementation of a scalable SOX compliance framework, including strong
• Strengthen the accounting organization's infrastructure across close and consolidation, SEC-quality

🎯 Requirements

• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated success leading and developing
• Public-company accounting experience; a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
• Demonstrated success leading accounting transformation, process standardization, automation, and
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required
• A collaborative, pragmatic leadership style and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth
