• Lead the strategic transformation and operating model of a 250+ person global Solution Engineering
• Drive ARR, consumption, pipeline influence, and account growth by aligning technical resources with
• Evolve Solution Engineering toward AI-enabled and Forward Deployed Engineering, incorporating AI
• Establish Technical Discovery as a core discipline by understanding customer workflows, technology
• Increase proactive engagement with strategic accounts to uncover new use cases, adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading global Solution Engineering, technical sales, presales, or related
• Demonstrated success building, scaling, or transforming large international technical organizations
• Strong commercial orientation with a proven ability to connect technical engagement, customer
• Foundational understanding of infrastructure and engineering software landscapes, including the
