• Define and lead the product development strategy for new and existing insurance products, aligning
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing end-to-end product team, fostering a culture of
• Design benefits to support the financial and members goals, while ensuring technical and regulatory
• Manage the overall product lifecycle to include design, file for approval, marketing, monitoring
• Govern the overall product portfolio in partnership with actuary, market leaders and distribution.
• Establish an industry-leading understanding of shifting and unmet consumer needs and

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in health insurance product development
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience across multiple insurance products
• 5+ years experience in consumer product development (bonus)
