📋 Description

• Own overall relationships and strategic outcomes for a portfolio of institutional equity
• Monitor client satisfaction and lead the timely resolution of issues.
• Evaluate revenue, expense, and profitability metrics and implement proactive strategies to
• Develop and negotiate contract renewals, including proactive negotiations and formal rebid
• Partner with internal teams to develop programs that increase participant engagement, household
• Conduct formal client plan reviews to identify needs, enhancements, and opportunities to strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relationship management or client service experience, preferably in equity
• Ability to obtain Series 7 and Series 63/65 licenses within first three months.
• Strong understanding of equity compensation plans, executive compensation, employee benefits, and
• Established credibility in equity compensation industry; Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
• Ability to develop strategic employee benefit solutions for large corporate clients.
